The State Course Numbering System (SCNS) requires that all proposals be submitted electronically to Tallahassee. The USF Undergraduate and Graduate web-site addresses for on-line submission are listed below. Please note that even though the proposals are submitted electronically, the requirements of the college Undergraduate and Graduate Committees remain the same, i.e., you will need to forward paper copies for the committee review. After submitting your proposal(s) go the "view proposals"; print and submit copies to Lisa Avari-Cooper BEH 201 who coordinates the college review processes.
