Scheduling Appointments
Students can schedule an appointment with Brandon Kroll or Dr. Melvin James by using the E-scheduler and instructions are below. In addition to scheduled appointments we host walk-in hours on Monday afternoons from 1:30 to 4pm and Thursday mornings from 9am to 12pm in BEH 201. Please be advised that if you make an phone appointment it is your responsibility to call in at the time you scheduled. The phone number to call is 813-974-6957
E-scheduler Instructions for CAS Graduate and Undergraduate Studies (BEH 201)
- Go to : http://usfweb3.usf.edu/Appointments/StudentSignon.asp (for current USF students) or http://usfweb3.usf.edu/Appointments/NonStudent/AreaSelection.asp (for students who are not yet USF students)
- Enter UID# (USF student) or e-mail (non-USF).
- Select Advisor Area: “Graduate and Undergraduate Studies”
- Select specific advising area:
- a. Health Professions
1. PMS majors or Non-science majors pursuing a health professions track.
- Click on the calendar day for which you would like an appt..
- Select the time and advisor with whom you would like to meet.
- Select the appt. reason.
- Enter any comments or explanation that you think will help the advisor prepare for your session.
- Submit your request.
- Note…
- a. After failing to show for 3 appointments, you will no longer be able to schedule an appointment. You will only be able to meet with one of these advisors via walk-ins. Please call 813-974-6957 to ask about walk-in availability.
- b. After cancelling 5 appointments, you will no longer be able to schedule an appointment. You will only be able to meet with one of these advisors via walk-ins. Please call 813-974-6957 to ask about walk-in availability.
